Incarnate Word leadership engaged Studio Totus to involve the parish community in evaluating its church and facilities and identifying potential improvements. This initial planning effort built participation and support while establishing a foundation for future renovation.

Studio Totus led parish-wide presentations on liturgy and sacred space, developed customized surveys and facilitated listening sessions, and analyzed the results. The findings were compiled into a published report that identified community priorities and informed the next steps in the planning process.
