St. James Academy commissioned Studio Totus to integrate a crucifix into its new football stadium, expressing the school’s Catholic identity for students, families, and visitors. The artwork features an art glass depiction of the Crucifixion with text from Psalm 115, selected for its relevance to athletics and competition.

Studio Totus developed the artwork using traditional and contemporary techniques and coordinated its integration with the architect, engineer, lighting designer, and contractor. Specialty fabricators were engaged for the production and installation of the glass and metal components, ensuring the completed work was seamlessly integrated into the stadium architecture.
