Allison has worked in the tradition of figurative sculpture for over two decades. Specializing in portraits and figures cast in bronze, she has received local and national recognition in many group exhibitions and competitions, including the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club in New York City, the National Sculpture Society, and the Portrait Society of America, the Catholic Arts Biennial at St. Vincent College, the Texas Jewish Art Association, and the Diocese of Austin Fine Arts Council.

Although she has long focused on biblical and spiritual themes in her work, she began expanding her studio practice into liturgical work in 2015 by joining an advisory board of artists to design a space for installations throughout the liturgical year for All Saints Presbyterian in Austin, Texas, for whom she also later created a bronze baptismal basin. All Saints Presbyterian acquired six of Streett's Wilderness Botanticals relief sculptures for their chapel in 2024.

Her most recent project is a life size Christus Victor, created to be hung over the altar at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Raleigh, NC. The sculpture will be installed in the spring of 2027.
